Lisa Eldridge combines editorial and celebrity makeup with cosmetics development and beauty history. Lancôme announced her as Makeup Creative Director in January 2015. Her official biography documents earlier creative work with Shiseido and Chanel; it does not support calling her Chanel’s Global Creative Director. She is the author of Face Paint: The Story of Makeup and founder of her own cosmetics brand.
