Bristol-born Val Garland works across runway, editorial and celebrity makeup. British Vogue documented her appointment as L’Oréal Paris Global Makeup Director in 2017, alongside credits for Erdem, Preen and Lady Gaga. She is also a judge on the BBC’s Glow Up. An appointment date is not a claim that a contract remains unchanged today.
